healthy eating is easily the hardest part of my fitness journey I can push my body to its limit physically but mentally I can’t resist those flaming hot cheetos
It’s important not to look at eating healthy as something you HAVE to do. You don’t want to think of it as a miserable job because then it’s harder to stay on track. Eating healthy is something you do because it makes it feel good. Because if you spend your days eating healthy then that one day you spend eating and celebrating with your friends and family you don’t have to feel guilty at the end of it.
I love fit girls with wide hips because they keep my goals realistic. I know I’m never gonna be as tiny as the petite girls I see all over this site and Im okay with that.
Water fasting…
I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about water fasting on my feed and some fitblrs actually promoting this method for weight loss. It concerns me that a lot of young girls that trust a lot of these blogs are seeing this. The term water fasting is just another word for starving yourself! If you read the nutrition label on a bottle of water it clearly reads that it is not a source of nutrients! This “detox” is dangerous and will likely make you feel irritable, exhausted and even light headed.
I hate how you can go from realizing how beautiful your own body is one second to being disgusted with yourself the next :/
I have a small 3-5 pounds of fat left that I want to lose and it’s just sooo frustrating because it just won’t go away!
